Large Black Kylix — Set of 4
€190 per set of 4 · Made to order
One order unit is a set of four large black kylikes. Production and dispatch timing are confirmed for your order.
Four handcrafted black kylikes in the larger design from the Archaeopolis collection. Each cup has a broad, shallow bowl, a raised foot and two outward-reaching handles. The profile and overhead photographs document the design supplied in the set.
Historical context
The kylix is a Greek drinking-cup form distinguished by its open bowl and lateral handles. Ancient examples vary in the shape of the bowl, stem and foot. The Met typology illustrates several kylix forms. This handmade piece interprets that vessel family; it is not presented as an exact copy of a named museum object.
