We welcome submissions from Greece and internationally. Independent makers, craftspeople, designers, artists, authors, publishers, researchers, educators, 3D creators, studios, workshops and production specialists may apply.

- Generic mass-produced merchandise
- Counterfeits or copied designs
- Antiquities or objects presented as genuine antiquities
- Unsupported “historically accurate” claims
- Unsafe, prohibited or recalled products
- AI-generated, AI-assisted or outsourced work presented as handmade or original without clear disclosure
- Digital files without clear ownership
- Poorly documented submissions

Selection does not guarantee a specific level of sales, promotion or visibility.
Commercial model
Commercial terms are agreed individually before publication and may include wholesale supply, consignment, marketplace commission, made-to-order fulfilment or digital licensing. No commercial terms should be assumed before a written agreement is completed.
Review timeframe
We aim to review complete submissions within 15 business days. Complex or highly specialised work may require additional time.

- Clear photographs
- Materials, dimensions or digital specifications

- Production capacity and lead time
- Shipping availability
- Confirmation of ownership and rights
Submit Your Work
Complete the submission form with accurate information and provide a portfolio or cloud-folder link for large files. Do not send identity documents, bank details or full tax records at this stage.
You must read the Maker Submission Terms and the Privacy Policy before submitting.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee to submit?
No. Submission is free. Do not send a physical sample unless Archaeopolis requests it and return arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Do you accept international makers?
Yes. We accept submissions internationally, subject to lawful shipping, product compliance and practical fulfilment.
Must the work be handmade?
No. We also consider publications, manufactured work, digital resources and 3D files. The production method must be described accurately.
Can I submit more than one product?
Yes. You may present a coherent range in one submission. Archaeopolis may select only part of a submitted range.
Do you accept prototypes?
Yes, provided their development stage, production plan and expected availability are clear.
Can I submit AI-assisted work?
AI-assisted work may be considered when its use, authorship and rights are disclosed accurately. It must never be presented as handmade or wholly original when that is not the case.
Do you accept genuine antiquities?
No. Archaeopolis does not trade in archaeological antiquities.
Who sets the retail price and handles shipping or returns?
These responsibilities are agreed individually with selected makers in a separate written commercial agreement.
Can I withdraw my submission?
Yes. Before publication, contact info@archaeopolis.gr.
Does submission guarantee publication?
No. Submission and preliminary acceptance do not guarantee listing, promotion or sale.
